Position Summary

As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to support the growth and success of our manufacturing plant.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget preparation, fixed asset accounting, and audits and analysis.
• Develop and present annual site budgets and interim forecasts to management and Corporate Finance.
• Analyze plant labor, variable costs, operation spending and inventory transactions.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Responsible for monthly accounting close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment as a Controller or similar role.
