Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, from managing the front desk to supervising administrative staff, ensuring no single point of failure in our operations.
- Book of Business Management: Take charge of our quote log and oversee the maintenance and accuracy of our book of business.
- Building Professionalism: Elevate the company’s physical space by maintaining the building and enhancing its professional appearance.
- Technology Procurement: Identify and order technology that will streamline operations and keep us ahead of the curve.
- Back Office Creation: Develop and implement efficient back-office systems, making sure our internal processes are as innovative as our products.
- Inventory Management: Create and maintain spares parts and supply inventory.
- Visitor Engagement: Greet visitors to the facility and direct them to the correct department for their needs.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage office budgets, keeping expenses aligned with financial goals.
- Event Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and company events to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- HR Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other human resources functions, contributing to the growth of our talented team.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment, ensuring all areas reflect the company’s high standards.
Requirements
- What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
- A strong administrative background with a keen understanding of office operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel, and the ability to integrate new technologies.
