As a Customer Care Agent:
Your primary goal is to recover missed sales opportunities including cancellations by customers. You will need to know our products inside out, understand what our customers need, and be their guide through the buying journey. Success comes with determination, honesty, and a touch of boldness – shaping the way for success, one satisfied customer at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up on cold and warm leads and close the sales process.
- Present pricing options, financing, and special offers.
- Complete sales transactions, secure customer commitments, and finalize necessary paperwork.
- Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in monthly Performance Development Plans to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior phone / virtual sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math and computer proficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM & Excel is a plus
