Job Type: Full Time 

Hourly Pay: $15.00 + incentives 

Est. Annual Income: $60,000 - $100,000 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Job Description: 

The primary responsibility of an Inside Sales Agent is to generate additional revenue by closing pending sales opportunities and reducing cancellations of recently sold customers. Since Inside Sales Agents are often the last Refloor representative a customer may speak to, Inside Sales Agents also serve as a critical component of our feedback loop in promoting customer satisfaction. While this position is situated within the sales team, Inside Sales team members will also work closely with the marketing and operations departments while conducting their basic duties. A candidate for this role should be a data-driven, customer-focused individual who is committed to driving towards our team and organizational goals. 

 

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Contact all pending sales opportunities to close additional business. 
  • Monitor, review, and contact all cancellations within Salesforce (Collectively work on saving them) 
  • Present pricing options, financing, and special offers.  
  • Complete sales transactions, secure customer commitments, and finalize necessary paperwork.  
  • Attend weekly training sessions and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.  
  • Participate in monthly Performance Development Plans to optimize sales performance.  
  • Share best practices with other Recovery Team members. 
  • Include all notes and updates within Salesforce. 
  • Attain Inside Sales Team sales goals and KPIs on a Weekly & Monthly basis. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1 - 3 years of over-the-phone / virtual sales experience preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.  
  • Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
