Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of clinical services and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Coordinate care and communicate with external providers to optimize client treatment.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to members of the clinical team.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for client needs.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and client assessments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
