Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and easy-going Client Service Associate (CSA) & Office Manager to join our growing team at The Financial Center. This is a crucial role that combines client service responsibilities with office management, ensuring smooth daily operations in our Novi office.
Who We Are:
At The Financial Center, we provide comprehensive financial services to our clients. We believe in fostering a team-oriented, fun, and professional environment where everyone enjoys what they do. If you have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
As the Client Service Associate & Office Manager, you will work directly with our Financial Advisors and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Service Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring all client needs and requests are promptly addressed. Assist Financial Advisors in onboarding new clients, preparing meeting notes, and processing paperwork.
- Office Management: Manage the office environment, including supply inventory, appointment scheduling, and staff coordination. Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation. Ensure that all compliance-related tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Client Interaction: Foster and maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on service requests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team, including our FAs, CSA, and Sales Assistant, to support office-wide initiatives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced & Detail-Oriented: You have experience in financial services, ideally you hold some securities licenses (SIE or Series 7) and you have familiarity with AssetMark and Advizynt platforms. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Personable & Professional: You are easy-going, enjoy interacting with clients, and can keep a calm demeanor under pressure. Your ability to work well with a variety of personalities is key to success in this role.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM software. If you can’t or don’t use technology in your daily life, this is really not a job where you will find success and happiness.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can explain complex financial concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Problem Solver: You have a natural ability to resolve client concerns and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
What We Offer:
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE.
- Benefits: A 3% match on 401k, 14 days PTO, and healthcare allowance.
- Growth Potential: This is a growth and replacement role with opportunities to expand into higher-level responsibilities over time.
