Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IT solution integration, Azure DevOps, and secure application development lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with users, identifying impacted business processes, assessing business needs, and integrating IT solutions.
• Conduct GAP and SWOT analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Design comprehensive technical and business requirement documentation, including wireframes, screen mockups, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, benefits realization, and business process models.
• Manage Agile/SCRUM processes and ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with Azure DevOps for backlog management, using Kanban and Sprint boards to enhance project tracking and delivery.
• Elicit and decompose requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and actionable deliverables.
• Write detailed test plans and use cases to validate functionality and meet business needs.
• Leverage knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM) in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) to maintain high standards of security in all processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gathering requirements and designing technical and business documentation.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodology and Azure DevOps tools.
• Strong foundation in Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Proven ability to write comprehensive test plans and use cases.
• Senior-level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, finance, or another highly regulated industry.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
