Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including memos, emails, and presentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Manage office supplies, order replenishments, and maintain inventory
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
