Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, including memos, emails, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage office supplies, order replenishments, and maintain inventory
- Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
