Sales Director
Hybrid in Boston
200k + commission + bonus
The Sales Director will support the growth of the Digital Assets business. Digital Assets is a market-leading innovator in the development of institutional-grade, compliance-aware tokenization, account management, and decentralized finance technology based on blockchain.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales team to meet growth targets
- Plan and develop complex solutions and deliver demos to prospects
- Provide technical expertise across sales lifecycle
- Inform, influence, and support product design/management as well as operational processes as a function of new relationships or new product implementations
- Collaborate with business partners on the development of client solutions, RFPs, presentations
- Partner with marketing and business in the creation of sales collateral
- Collaborate with global sales and relationship management team to support client engagement
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
- Experience in blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
- Strong understanding of financial services
