We are growing fast and looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston. You will be responsible for driving product launches, creating compelling company collateral, and delivering impactful presentations to our commercial teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure successful product adoption and market penetration. Your role will be crucial in articulating the value proposition of our products and positioning them effectively in the market.

This role requires strong product marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand market needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and support the commercial teams with training and resources. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience including 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in HR technology is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches and marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive product launches from planning to execution, ensuring successful adoption and market impact
  • Create and maintain company collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and case studies
  • Develop and deliver presentations to commercial teams, providing them with the tools and knowledge to sell our products effectively
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand product features and benefits, and translate them into compelling marketing messages
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand
  • Support Sales with product training, resources, and competitive insights
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement
