Automated Tire Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting the team in various administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Create and update various reports, memos, and correspondence
- Oversee and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
