Role Overview
Good Sports is looking for a disciplined, dependable, and organized individual who is willing to take on challenges and join our team as the Executive Assistant to the two Co-Founders. The Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of support for both the CEO and the President, ensuring the smooth operation of the C-Suite office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage meeting calendars, complex scheduling, and prioritizing appointments and events for two Co-Founders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and provide timely updates to Co-Founders on various topics
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the executive office
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events, including agenda development, material preparation, and minute-taking
- Assist with special projects and all other duties as assigned
- This position does not have direct reports
- Travel as necessary based on the needs of the business and for the execution of this role
- Ability to work occasional early morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus proven experience (1-3 years) as an Executive Assistant for senior leadership
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take action
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus
Location and Schedule
The Assistant position is a Braintree, Massachusetts-based position (this is not a remote role). While we will consider creative scheduling options (and up to one day/week working remotely) for the ideal hire, the current preferred work schedule is M-F from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. one day of which can be remote from a home office.

- Salary for this role as full-time is $60k-80k (This is the minimum to maximum budgeted range that we are willing to pay for this position. A person's placement within this range will depend on the number of years of direct and applicable experience)
