Description

Ellington Solutions is seeking qualified candidates that will:

    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
    • Work with Hiring Managers to develop, update and publish job descriptions
    • Conduct high volume phone screens to assess availability, interest level, compensation and basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
    • Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
    • Screen candidate resumes
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to CyberPoint Leadership
    • Support the AAP annual development process

Requirements

The qualified candidate will:

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter for government contractor recruiting candidates with various clearance levels (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI + required polygraphs)
    • Solid ability to conduct introductory interviews with highly technical candidates (Data Scientists, Software Engineers, CNO Developers, Reverse Engineers, IT professionals, etc.) in order to present relevant information to program managers and promote CyberPoint to candidates as a great place to work.
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
    • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS
    • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision making skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Professional experience supporting large multi-award IDIQ contracts
  • Professional experience supporting the DoD and Intelligence community
  • Professional experience sourcing and hiring fully cleared (TS/SCI + FSP) candidates
