Receptionist

RMC is currently hiring a Receptionist to support our corporate office in Lexington Park, MD. The selected applicant will greet visitors and assist with facility security by maintaining a visitor log and escorting guests. The selected applicant will answer and route incoming phone calls and mail. Successful candidate will order office supplies and maintain inventory. The Receptionist will assist with general office duties and will provide administrative support and managerial assistance when needed. Candidate selected will set up office luncheons and complete office-related errands that require reliable transportation. Successful applicant may be tasked with additional duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree or candidate working towards obtaining an Associate's degree is preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years of general work experience is required. One (1) year of office experience is highly desired. The selected applicant must have excellent typing and computer skills and must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools. The selected applicant is required to have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance is not required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
