Operations Manager

RMC is hiring for an Operations Manager to support the Information Technology Division. This selected applicant will provide support in the following areas:

Manage a staff of IT professionals consisting of an Information Assurance team, a Helpdesk team, a Network team and a System Administration team to support over 350 internal and external end users.

Manage IT business workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure accountability and responsibilities within contract guidelines.

Delegate all incoming tasking, and continuously update team schedules to maintain operational deadlines.

Facilitate quarterly IT CCB meetings, project reviews and document changes to the environment of operation.

Applicant must be knowledgeable of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail-oriented.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, in computer science or in a business field, is required. In lieu of a bachelor’s and an additional four (4) years of relevant work experience are required. At least eight (10) years of experience with IT related project management is required. The selected applicants must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments.
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Applicant selected maybe subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

**Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $100,000 to $115,000 (annually).
