As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with scheduling, communication, and project coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls while assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with team projects and provide general support to staff
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Coordinate and arrange travel plans for team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretarial certification are a plus
