Ultra-Chem Inc. (UCI) is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in streamlining operations and ensuring efficient workflow. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to various departments, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with ease while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for team members
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field is preferred
