In this role, you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers over the phone to provide exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative at RCS Millwork, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. You will work closely with our customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to think on your feet will be crucial in meeting customer needs and maintaining our reputation for excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution
  • Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and update customer information
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other call center tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
