Batch Freight is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our logistics solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between Batch Freight and our customers
- Onboard new clients and provide training on our logistics solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns or issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred
