As a Customer Success Manager at Antioch Dodge, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will serve as their main point of contact, providing personalized assistance and solutions to their automotive needs. With your excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their long-term loyalty to our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized assistance
- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on our products and services
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions to exceed their expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and success metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide enhanced customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
