Our partner is looking for an Office Administrator to join our Chicago office. Our admin team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing essential support to our offices, partners, and practice teams.

Requirements
As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Provide daily support to multiple partners and their teams.
- Assist in the production of client and firm deliverables, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel for partners and staff.
- Create and review client invoices, utilizing our firm's management system.
- Gain expert knowledge of internal systems and train practice staff on their use.
- Arrange conference rooms, including equipment setup, video conferencing, catering, and more.
- Assist with various administrative projects.
- Communicate frequently with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; higher education or college coursework is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, ideally within professional services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $24.16 to $36.24, depending on experience and technical skills. Please note that this range is specific to positions located in Colorado. Compensation for other locations may vary.
