Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Libertyville office.  This is a full time position with hours M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.  

*This position requires in-person working at our Libertyville office and is not a remote position.  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information
  • Obtain missing information as required 
  • Compile buyer/listing packets
  • Answer phones
  • Open and distribute daily courier items
  • Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
  • General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance
  • Pull MLS reports as directed
  • Data entry in multiple platforms 
  • Clean and sanitize work areas and office equipment

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Social media savvy (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Canva and Photoshop experience a plus
  • Attention to detail - accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Professional appearance
  • Proactive
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous Real Estate experience preferred
  • Administrative Assistant experience preferred
