Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our Title Services team in our Schaumburg Location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Log title orders and opens title files.
  • Coordinate new order process with remote team.
  • Answer department phones.
  • Responds to customer service inquiries.
  • Arrange pick-up and delivery of closing packages and documents.
  • Fax, print, copy and mail documents.
  • Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Manager.

  • Strong writing, editing and grammar skills

  • Excellent judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work with confidential information and data

Education and/or Experience

  • A bachelor degree or at least 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience at a title insurance company or Real Estate brokerage preferred.

Salary Range

$35,000-$39,000
