In this role, you will be responsible for providing vital support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilitate a productive work environment. You will be the go-to person for various administrative tasks, allowing other team members to focus on their core responsibilities. You will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist in project management efforts, among other duties. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, and calls.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Process and manage invoices, budgets, and other receipts.
Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, & Google Slides.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
