Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator who will provide support to our Branch Manager and the branch location. The Office Administrator will book meetings and travel, take calls relating to customer needs, assist with payroll, assist with onboarding duties, and be a part of a dynamic team that supports a ‘Greatest Place to Work’ culture! Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Grow our book of business by:
    • Supporting Branch Manager as needed.
    • Handling administrative tasks and duties such as booking meetings, travel, events.
    • Communicating with our customer care and inside sales teams relating to customer needs.
    • Assisting with payroll processing, commission processing, fleet paperwork, and onboarding.
    • Providing general office support while ensuring all business-related paperwork and licenses are maintained and organized.

    • Partnering cross-functionally to support teams throughout our organization.

Day-to-Day Expectations will include:

  • Communicating with branch manager, inside sales team, and customer care teams.
  • Managing shipments, office supply and chemical inventory, and procurement.
  • Computer experience and able to type accurately, compose professional written communications, and assist with payroll, commissions, and paperwork.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record being an expert multi-tasker in an administrative capacity.
