  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system stability and security.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and systems administration is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is preferred.
