Full Job Description

 ProArch is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a technology consultant with experience overseeing data, AI, and modern application development projects. The candidate must be consultative in solving the right problem, establishing good relationships, and ensuring the engineering team is actively engaged. 

The candidate must understand how digital transformation happens and navigate the clients to create a strategy best suited to meet their goals while leveraging ProArch's data, AI, and application development expertise. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction levels among clients by effectively managing expectations and project deliveries.
  • Customer Lifetime Value: Enhance customer lifetime value through strategic relationship management and personalized service.
  • Digital Transformation Advocacy: Guide clients through their digital transformation journey, advocating for their needs and strategic goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Help clients devise and refine strategies for digital products and transformations.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and the engineering team, providing regular updates.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops to clarify project requirements and align client expectations with engineering capabilities.
  • Service Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell ProArch's additional services and demonstrate their value to clients.
  • ROI Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the return on investment to clients through detailed analyses and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years in technology consulting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Azure and/or AWS.
  • Preferred Qualifications: An MBA is advantageous but not required. Hands-on experience with technology is also preferred.
