iWeave International, LLC is a leading global provider of textile products and solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and accurate information, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide support and guidance to customers by establishing rapport and building relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and efficient manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
