Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a large General Contractor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, takes initiative, and remains customer-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth, all while delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on provided leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and property managers.
- Generate new leads through community networking and outreach.
- Work closely with clients to sign contracts and ensure smooth transition into production.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.
Requirements

- Must have 8+ years of sales/business development experience in large commercial projects. $50M+
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
