Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

Join a leading nationwide provider of commercial construction services with a strong presence across North America. We have openings in Atlanta, Fort Worth, and Tupelo, MS.

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a large General Contractor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, takes initiative, and remains customer-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth, all while delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up on provided leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and property managers.
  • Generate new leads through community networking and outreach.
  • Work closely with clients to sign contracts and ensure smooth transition into production.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills with a knack for making independent decisions.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new computer applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have 8+ years of sales/business development experience in large commercial projects. $50M+
  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
