Business Development Manager needed to support a fast-growing property management brokerage in Atlanta.
Position is remote with travel in the Greater Atlanta/Sandy Springs area as needed.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
● New Client acquisition and driving door growth for property management and property sales
● Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures using company-designated software platforms
● Developing marketing strategies and leveraging existing marketing tools and CRM
● Assist in facilitating the onboarding process of new clients/properties.
● Involvement in local networking organizations
- Making cold and warm calls as needed to generate new clientele
Guaranteed base pay with at least minimum weekly wages, moderate expense reimbursements, and unlimited performance bonuses.
Paid vacation days and sick days. Full time position but will be 1099 Contract.
You will have hands-on training with Business Owner as well as significant resources at your disposal from the franchisee to include:
*Weekly calls, pre-recorded training sessions, franchise peer network, local NARPM network, and more.
The position will carry a high degree of autonomy in a results-oriented environment.
Requirements
· Georgia Real Estate license – either Active, Inactive, or willing to get ASAP
· Real estate experience preferred but not required
· Valid driver’s license
· Must be located within a 30-45 minute drive of Sandy Springs
· Reliable transportation
· Customer service mindset
· You must be a voracious networker with outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence
· Ideally, a strong knowledge of the Atlanta area neighborhoods
· Sales experience - other industries experience acceptable
· Some flexibility to work hours on some nights and weekends
