Hire Resolve is seeking a graduate to join our team as an Account Manager situated on the East Coast, USA.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships
- Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients
- Resolve any client issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of sales and account management principles
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
