Job Summary

Networx is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager dedicated to maximizing the return on investment for our enterprise-level clients. Your overarching goal is establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with your clients and Networx.

An effective Account Manager will possess a strong client success and growth mindset. In this role, you will be the main contact person for all day-to-day account changes and be responsible for helping clients achieve KPIs. This position requires leading business reviews with clients at the business owner, corporate managerial, and executive levels through virtual meetings and conference calls.   • Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts and work to understand the customer’s needs holistically
  • Oversee assigned accounts, including growth strategy, pricing, product upselling/Addons, billing, and all related customer service issues
  • Analyze account performance and use data to ensure they are aligned for the client to meet their ROI goals
  • Meet account performance goals and KPIs
  • Process account changes, updates, renewals, and more using the CRM
  • Develop a sales/account services framework and process that is consistently effective portfolio-wide
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of Networx Systems, Inc. products and services
  • Present options and sell products and services to new and existing clients
  • Utilize Networking techniques to expand the business’ reach
  • Support the Enterprise clients and team administratively
  • Other duties as assigned by the department manager

Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience managing Enterprise level clients
  • 3 Years of related Customer Success experience
  • Previous account management or client success experience
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Possess the ability to independently and effectively use G Suite, Zoom, and CRM software 
  • Strong communication skills-demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly, utilizing active listening, and confidence with clients of varying levels
  • Motivation to meet and or exceed required sales metrics 
  • Resourceful with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This position is Hybrid. You must be able to commute to our Atlanta, GA, metropolitan area office for weekly in-office days.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
  • Digital Advertising Industry Experience
  • Sales Experience
