Manada one of the top nationwide installation companies, is seeking to expand its clientele in the following sectors:

  • Smart Home Installation
  • Home Theater Installation
  • Digital Signage Installation
  • Security Installation
  • Venue Safety Installation
  • Appliance Installation, and more

This is a unique sales position available for the right candidate. We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious sales associate who can jump right into our business by conducting research, pursuing leads, and bringing in prospective new customers.

 As our Sales Associate, you will develop new business prospects, get past gatekeepers, and advance to decision-makers. Be the primary point of contact for new business processes through the beginning stages of the bidding process.

You will also be working with marketing to help bring in new, innovative, and exciting ideas to attract new leads & propel the company forward. If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive research strategy to identify and target potential clients, hotels, large retailers, theme parks, digital sign companies, etc.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media (mainly LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new prospects including company gatekeepers
  • Stay up to date with our service offerings and industry trends to articulate our value propositions to potential clients accurately.
  • Leverage Salesforce to streamline the sales process, including CRM systems, presentation tools, and communication platforms
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients as needed to build trust.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with the operations teams for research and strategizing
  • Provide ideas and feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine and optimize strategies

  • 1-5 years of sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people, specifically business leaders, on a regular basis.

Base Salary $37,500 - 52,000 + Bonus Structure & Marketing Allowances
