My client is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to join their team! As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the business by building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Accounts: Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying new opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service to existing clients.
  • Target and Engage Prospects: Use industry insights and data to create targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from various sources.
  • Execute Outreach Strategies: Implement effective outreach plans through cold calling, networking, and in-person or virtual meetings with key stakeholders, including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Customize and present solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring messaging aligns with their goals.
  • Boost Market Visibility: Represent our brand by attending industry events, networking functions, and community activities to establish strong local market connections.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work hand-in-hand with internal marketing to develop impactful campaigns, local promotional materials, and social media strategies that align with sales goals.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in title insurance, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • A high-energy, goal-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
    • Familiarity with the sales cycle and the ability to adapt strategies to varying market conditions.
    • Experience with sales databases (e.g., Salesforce) and leveraging social media to build and manage client relationships.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse client audiences.
    • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
