Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand TurboDebt's customer base.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate prospects on our debt relief services and how they can benefit from our solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual client circumstances and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customers.
- A deep understanding of financial services or debt relief is a plus, but not required; we will provide training.
