Panoply Real Estate Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a leading real estate consulting firm and be involved in critical decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's busy schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Assist in managing projects and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials.
- Provide administrative support, including expense tracking, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Manage and organize confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
