Full Job Description

The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. ASF is a non-profit organization that annually awards scholarships to talented college students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of both our scholarship recipients and donors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our stakeholders, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with ASF.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with scholarship recipients and donors, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with ASF.
  • Provide timely and personalized support to address any inquiries or concerns from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scholarship-related activities and events.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the scholarship experience for recipients and engage donors.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain a comprehensive database of scholarship recipients and donors.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations summarizing program outcomes and impact.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices related to customer success and donor stewardship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Passion for education and supporting students in STEM fields is a plus.
