Business Development Representative

Uptown Community Resources is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential business opportunities for our company. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Contact prospective clients to introduce our company, products, and services
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase the value of our solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
