We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to be responsible for managing day to day business activities at our office in Washington DC. As the Office Manager , you will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and providing high-level support to our executives. You will handle a wide range of tasks, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, organizing events and travel, office administration, facilities and liaising with vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with exceptional organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role in a dynamic office environment is required.

Applicants must be able to travel to our office on Pennsylvania Avenue daily.
