Our Customer Success role is all about making our clients happy, while working in tandem with the operations team to achieve the highest level of service possible.
Job Description:
- Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers by serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone calls, emails, and a real time chat feature.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to champion questions and feedback on behalf of Please Assist Me
- Ensure that clients have an amazing experience with Please Assist Me
- Recommends potential growth strategies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Serves the internal operations team by communicating with clients directly on their behalf.
- Communicates information to the property management groups regarding the services being provided each day.
