Full Job Description
As a Sales Representative at Aristotle, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong connections with PAC/Advocacy organizations. Your primary responsibility is to navigate the intricate landscape of political action committees and advocacy organizations, identifying client needs, and proposing tailored solutions. A key component of your role involves showcasing our products to both existing and potential clients, utilizing your expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition. Additionally, you will leverage tools like HubSpot and other internal resources to streamline the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. As part of the Aristotle sales team, you will:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and reach out to political action committees and advocacy organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with political professionals through effective communication and understanding of their unique needs.
- Analyze clients’ requirements and challenges to recommend and propose customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their political strategies, providing valuable input on optimizing their efforts.
- Showcase our products to both existing and potential clients, illustrating their features and benefits in a compelling manner.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs and concerns.
- Utilize HubSpot and other internal tools to streamline and manage the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating a transparent sales journey.
- Proactively work towards and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Implement strategies to exceed targets and drive revenue growth, adapting to market trends and client demands.
- Attend company-sponsored training sessions and industry trade events to stay abreast of the latest techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to enhance sales opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
Salary: $50k-$65k base plus bonuses
Requirements
- Proven track record with a minimum of 2-5 years of successful sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed challenging sales quotas.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex client needs and industry dynamics.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in selling software and technology solutions, showcasing a deep understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience in selling CRM solutions, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of customer relationship management.
- Working knowledge of politics, with the ability to navigate political landscapes and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the political sector.
- Experience with political action committees, associations, and/or advocacy is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving market trends and client demands, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with software and data selling, showcasing an innovative mindset in leveraging technological solutions for political clientele.
