The Account Executive is responsible for all sales functions.

  1. Conducting thorough qualification of prospects and understanding their unique needs.
  2. Performing technical demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the platform.
  3. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with prospects to convert them into loyal customers.
  4. Managing trial programs effectively to maximize customer acquisition.
  5. Utilizing sales engagement tools and CRM software proficiently to streamline sales processes.
  6. Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  7. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  8. Providing valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance platform functionality and effectiveness continually.

Requirements

Background and Education: Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in sales development or account executive roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Mission Oriented: A strong alignment with our mission to empower researchers and contribute to positive global change is essential for success in this role. Willingness to Learn: While expertise in specific technologies is not required, candidates must demonstrate a passion for learning and the ability to grasp complex concepts to effectively communicate the value of our platform to clients.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses.
