Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, training, and marketing support
- Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships
- Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, and site visits
- Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and in person visits
- Resolve client complaints and inquiries
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
- Submit orders and paperwork, as required. Submit activity reports, as required
- Attend marketing events and conferences to acquire clients
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson/Business Development Representative
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, door knocking, and networking
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) a bonus
- Familiarity with MS Excel, G Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and marketing both yourself and the company
- Participate in training provided by the company and take the initiative to train individually
