As a Solutions Engineer , you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and driving successful implementations. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize your expertise in technical sales to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Assist in project management activities to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Requirements

Proportion of integration coding in job responsibilities:

• 50% pre-sales (working with BD to understand client needs, providing technical solutions): consultant
• 50% API coding (high API level, high integration requirements)

Domain Requirement and Level:

• Must have experience in the fraud domain.
• Candidates should have 5-6 years of experience, preferably in a merchant bank, working on risk systems.
