Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential customers
- Make outbound calls and emails to engage and nurture prospects
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques
- Identify customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our product can address those challenges
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and demonstrations with interested prospects
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management on sales activities and pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and the latest product features
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
