Recruiter

Join a collaborative, fun, and dedicated team of professionals! We are looking for a Recruiter to own the candidate experience and hiring process for technical and corporate roles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and strategies.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for multiple civil engineering, land surveying, and corporate positions.
• Build and maintain an ongoing talent pipeline.
• Manage recruitment pipeline activity, ensure data integrity, and regularly provide data-driven updates to internal stakeholders.
• Drive offer processes for candidates, including preparing offer letters and negotiations.
• Foster strong relationships within BKF.
• Collect and analyze data and metrics to inform and support business decisions and planning as needed.
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Support West Coast college university career fairs, participates in STEM Outreach, and leads other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
• Periodic travel to other BKF offices or off-site locations may be required.
• Assist with other projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to connect with others and build rapport.
• Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Construction/engineering experience is a plus
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Jobvite or Workable a plus.

• The anticipated salary range for this position will be $28 - $38 an hour and will vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
