Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage various administrative and project-related tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in supporting our project managers by handling organizational and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital and Physical File Management: Ensure all project documents are organized and accessible.
- Calendar and Meeting Coordination: Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for project-related travel.
- Communication Handling: Responsible for monitoring emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating and formatting project reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
- Research and Procurement: Conduct research and procure materials and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- Project Support: Provide hands-on support to project managers, including preparing for site visits and handling specific tasks as directed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in office administration or project management is a plus.
- Proven administrative or assistant experience, particularly in a project-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong multi-tasking abilities.
Compensation: $22-30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
