Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple teams across production, quality assurance, and warehouse operations.
• Process, test, and categorize mobile devices.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet critical deadlines for high-volume outbound orders.
• Adhere accurately to well-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) when processing devices.
• Take initiative to identify areas for operational improvements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Physical endurance to work hands-on, stand for extended periods, and lift boxes weighing 50 to 80lb
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

Nice to Haves:

• Prior exposure to B2B, D2C or eCommerce
• fulfillment logistics
• Experience with eCommerce
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems
• Practical experience in a hands-on role
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer service and case management
