About The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to support our executive team and assist with operations and HR functions. This role is essential to the smooth running of our operations and involves a combination of administrative support, HR tasks, and operational management. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, Hyperbolic is the place for you! This role requires the candidate to reside in the United States. Team members are expected to work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documents
  • Operations Management: Assist with the coordination and management of daily operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
  • Human Resources: Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for executives.

Requirements

75% onsite in San Francisco

Prior experience in a tech or start-up environment

Proven experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or in a similar role
