We are currently seeking a full-time HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter is critical to building a strong employer brand, attract, hire, and retain the best team members. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Recruiter oversees researching, developing, and implementing effective staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies based on role requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and college recruitment fairs.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms, identifying the best candidates for open roles.
- Candidate Management:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide hiring managers with detailed shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the offer process, including salary determination, incentives, and onboarding timelines.
- Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the organization.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Maintain both physical and digital employee files in compliance with organizational policies.
- Recruitment Events:
- Represent Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. at job fairs, college recruiting events, and community hiring initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR team to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay informed on current labor laws and employment regulations to ensure all recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to current processes.
- General HR Support:
- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the healthcare or community services sector.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), perferably Workable
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to proactively source candidates and take initiative.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Experience with Workable ATS & recruiting software preferred
- Knowledge of employment regulations and labor laws.
